On your staging site, navigate to he Connections : Settings admin page and click the Licenses tab. On that page you will be able to deactivate the licenses. After you do, you will be able to activate on your production site.

The “License Activated on Another Site” section outlines the steps required to deactivate the licenses from your account page.
