License Duration, File Manager PRO PLugin

Considering purchase of an unlimited license for the File Manager PRO plugin.

I understand that after the update period prescribed in the license the plugin will no longer be eligible to update.

Will a licensed File Manager PRO plugin continue to operate beyond one year from date of license purchase?
