License issue

Hi there,
Some of my users are facing problems when editing courses, they get a “License Required” message.
I checked my license and everything seems to be OK, except for the fact I bought the Pro license but it is showing as “Starter”.
As a side note, I have posted my issue on Facebook page 6-7 days ago and it is still pending approval. Also tried to contact via the support form on the web page 4 days ago to no avail. All this while being a paying customer.
