License Key

Trying to contact you regarding the license key for the appointment pro version of the theme. We purchased the 3 site license through an email at the domain above but did not receive the license key. Multiple emails have gone unanswered on this, and I would like to update the sites waiting for it. Please advise. If you send an email to that registered account I can answer that.
