License not working

    Hello

    I sent an email through your support website – no reply yet. I am testing WP4 and the old version of easy media because I have to update both on a live site. Old one not working with WP 4. So I can’t update on live site – cannot test on test site because the license cannot be activated (new version of easy media because I already have a license on the live site).

    PLEASE can you reply to the email I sent you yesterday? I HAVE to update that site asap but they have thousands of items in the gallery so I cannot take the risk to break it.

    Or how much for you to update the live site WITHOUT breaking it and save the changes we made there: a print system on the popup so we can print ONLY the image and description of the specific item instead of the full itemS page.

    PLEASE URGENT.

    Use this Support Forum for Lite Version. We will not answer all questions about PRO VERSION issue here.

    I have not been notified of your reply. I did send that request to teh support forum and GOT NO REPLY AT ALL. SO I tried everything!
