License question

Hi,

I create a new WordPress site to replace a current Joomla site. For this I created a subdomain. I would like to buy the license now to set up the settings and also to test the programm. If the website finish and I moved from the subdomain to the maindomain, can I continue to use the license or do I need to buy a new one?
