Licensing error

On sep. 5th 2025 a client of mine purchased a license for Burst Pro for a year. When I log into the Burst account, the license is said to renew in 23 September 2026. However, it also says that the license expired on October 7th. and I cannot activate it on the website.
Can you please help me sort this out, so I can reactivate Burst. I of course have proof of purchase and a license code.
