Guys, I don’t know what I did wrong, but, for some reason, the tab for defining access plans for courses left its original place and ended up in the wordpress sidebar, while I’m configuring my course. This makes it impossible to edit some of the access plan information…
Can someone help me get it back to its original place?

thank you very much in advance,
    Bea

  • Hi @beatrizgalvao

Thank you for reaching out to us and sorry you’re facing this issue.

You should be able to drag and drop it to the appropriate section. If you can’t do that, then you may need to create a new admin account and use that to try to access the course, it should be automatically fixed with that new admin account.

Let us know if this helps.

    Regards,

Since I haven’t heard back from you in a week I’m going to mark this thread as resolved. Don’t worry, if you have more questions or still need help just hit reply and let me know!

    Have a great day!

Hi! The problem was not solved, but I decided to stop trying to solve it 😉
I tried to create another course, with another instructor, and the misconfiguration persists. But I don’t have time to keep insisting on it.
    Thanks anyway!
