@chernyaknadia,
It looks like some things are not being correctly “clearfixed” and we’re running into a theme conflict here. I can resolve really rapidly but not without a link to the registration page so I can inspect the CSS using dev tools.
Please provide and I’ll give you some custom CSS to resolve ASAP.
Thanks,
Hi @thomasplevy,
thank you for the prompt reply.
I will be grateful if you provide me with some custom CSS to resolve this issue.
I noticed that if I scale down the Registration page, the button is in its place but the font is so small that it’s impossible to read the registration form. So this issues should be resolved indeed.
Here is the link: http://certify.emolit.org/registration/?product=554
The page has currently restricted access. I hope it will become open to general public by tomorrow. I will let you know when it’s open by posting another comment here.
Have a great day,
Nadia
@chernyaknadia,
Without the ability to access I can’t resolve so yes, please update me when I can access the site.
Thanks,
@thomasplevy,
please go to the registration form: http://certify.emolit.org/registration/?product=554
and [ redacted ]
Looking forward to your reply with some custom CSS to resolve this issue.
Thank you,
@chernyaknadia

.llms-form-item-wrapper.agree_to_terms label { width: 90%; float: none; }
Please don’t post passwords here again!
@thomasplevy,
thank you for your help – it worked!
And thank you for warning me about passwords. You are right. In this situation, I had no other way than posting a temporary password. I deleted this user.
This is a great support forum and a great LMS plugin.
Best,
Nadia
@chernyaknadia,
No worries.
You can always invest in LifterLMS Pro which allows you to communicate with us directly through private tickets and email for support related issue. As well as some other benefits.
We’re also generally faster to respond to pro tickets than to the free one’s here.
