Lightbox jQuery-UI CSS overwrites framework CSS

Hello,

my theme has an backend option panel / framework which gets partially overwritten by the jQuery UI CSS from the WP Lightbox 2 plugin.

Is it necessary to load /wp-content/plugins/wp-lightbox-2/admin/styles/jquery-ui.css in admin area?
