Lightbox not working

    Hi Everyone,

    This is strange, but my Lightbox feature is not working. I am using the Jayden Theme which is built with Elementor. It’s a portfolio site and I have my work as Thumbnails with the “Image “link to image file” selected but the image doesn’t load. Only the loading circle keeps rotating. I have checked my file types which are .jpg .png but still to no avail.

    I reached out to the Theme Developer who thinks it’s a plugin issue. But I only have the plugins needed for Elementor to work. So I am really baffled. Any help would be really appreciated!

    Hi,

    Just a follow up on this issue.. I noticed that the images on the front page of the web site, which were added via the Jayden Developers custom area actually opens up. Here’s the link to that. https://graphitidesigns.com/mysite/

    If you click on the image (and not the lettering and arrow box, which links to a page) the Lightbox works. These were added as I mentioned through the theme’s developers custom style box. So I wonder whatever the code he added for this is conflicting with he regular Lightbox function of Elementor. Any ideas?

    Hi everyone, Just resolved the issue after reaching out to Jayden theme developers. They figured out that their theme was loading the same gallery as Elementor which was conflicting and removed it. Their support is awesome and I reccomment JAYDEN at Themeforest to anyone!
