Lightbox single entry display issues

Gravity Forms v Version 1.8.18
Gravity Forms Directory & Addons Version 3.6.3

I’ve added a directory to this page:

Here is the shortcode that was generated:

I would expect that the entry lightbox view would display as a dl, but it always displays as a table? It doesn’t matter which lightbox style I pick or what is in the entryview – it always looks the same and is in a table format. If I do not open up in a lightbox, it displays as a dl correctly

what am I missing?
