lightbox without using wp-admin\admin-ajax.php ?

    Hi is it possible to use the lightbox without needing to reference any content in the wp-admin folder?
    the lightbox currently makes use of wp-admin\admin-ajax.php and prevents the wp-admin folder from being locked away from everyday users/web traffic

    Thanks for contacting us. Please note that AJAX call required reference to the wp-admin folder, it cannot be called another way, thus you should make sure that this call is not blocked.
