Lightbox won’t load

I added the Everlightbox plugin to my staging website for my client. It looks awesome. (judy.day-data.com)

I added it to the production website and the load icon continues to spin when I click on a photo in any of the galleries. (adayinphotography.com)

This theme is based on Genesis. I have updated both sites to the newest version of Genesis, 2.4.2, and the staging website still works, and the production does not. I’ve checked all the settings and they are the same. I’ve tested both sites in Chrome, Firefox, and I.E, with the same results.
