Lightspeed POS Integration – customer data sync

We’ve purchased the Lightspeed POS Integration plugin, connected it with Lightspeed (R-series) and got the products, attributes etc synced. All seems to be working except customer data are not send from Woo to POS. If an order is made, it correctly changes the stock, also order is created but with empty customer name and no new items are added in customer database.
I know that sales data were not synced initaially but support page says that synce 2021 sales data are synced as well. Any suggestions please?
