Like Button is not logging likes

The WP ULike plugin is not functioning properly. I have had several people visit my site and like my content. However, only 1 like is being shown per post. I am not sure why this is happening. The website is not seeming to log anything beyond 1 like.

My hosting support suggested deleting the plugin and reinstalling it but that would remove any previous likes which I would like to avoid. I would prefer to fix the issue and be able to see the previous likes.

I would appreciate assistance with this issue.
