We did answer to you on the ticket, that it could be achieved by using “liked by user” widget or shortcode – https://likebtn.com/en/wordpress-like-button-plugin#liked_by_user_shortcode. Please note that you will need at least a “PRO” paid plan to use this feature (while you on “TRIAl” you don’t need to bother about it).

I Have managed to get the result but it does not returns a name but identifier number.

Please try to use identifiers like “post_N” for buttons, where “N” is any number.
As about bug in chrome – we can’t reproduce it. Your page with the widget is open fine in Chrome.
