Hi,
please provide the report number , you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”
and then , go to Cache -> ESI , enable ESI
change your shortcode from [WPAC_LIKE_SYSTEM] to [esi WPAC_LIKE_SYSTEM ttl="0"]
save and purge all , see how it goes

I did that and the same thing is still happening. Returns to the number before turning on cache.
What happens when I turn on ESI is that the complete sidebar moves to the bottom of the page .

please try enable the dev tool , then click like or dislike , it should send out 2 ajax call on admin-ajax.php , see what are their response header and response content
