limit bounds / map.fitBounds

Can’t figure out how to limit the bounds of the map to handle both of these issues:
1. panning into the grey, non map zone
2. would like a single, non wrapping map

I’ve researched this, but none of the solutions seem to be working specifically with this plugin.
