Hi,

I want limit what categories a user can select. For example, there are 10 possible categories but when a sales user signs in, only 3 of the 10 are available for him to choose from.
Also, there’s only one sales user.

Is this possible? If so ,how?

for both if possible but definitely the front-end.

Not sure this would be possible in the admin area, but for the front-end you could create a custom version of the template for the page on which you want to restrict the category selection.
