Limit listing

i am about limit listing, may be i something misunderstand. i have preset pricing plan as first- one day visible, one max listing, one day interval. second – one day visible, 2max listings, 1 day interval. third – one day visible, 10max listings, 1 day interval. What is mean, i as user can put my ads to any of this types of listings or even to all of them, i can put 13 ads right now, then after one day again same amount, because presetted one day interval. But i have something strange, i try to put first ads to first type of listing – it is ok, when i try to put another ads to same listing – error, it is right. Then i change type of listing to second – error again, why. This user never used this type. Then i try to change to third type of listing – ok. I did it few times, always something like randomly. Or i misunderstand how it works.
