limit per customer

    i would like to know can i set the limit per customer with Max of 2 order per product but only 1 at time.

    Per customer: 2 order per product
    Per product: Max 2 Quantity
    Per order : 1 Quantity only.

    With Text Showing
    1 Quantity Used
    1 Quantity remaining.
