Limit popunders by time and auto inserting popunder code in theme

Hello,

Thank you for this nice plugin. I especially like support for showing random links.

I have two questions:

1. Would you consider adding ability to set how much time need to pass before visitor will see next, random popunder?
Personally I would like to show to my visitors only one popunder every 24 hours, not one per session.

2. Can you add option to automatically add <?php pp_popup();?> to my site without editing my theme?
I don’t have any special need to limit popunder to home, posts or pages and it will make updating theme easier.
