I’m not sure I’m clear what you’re trying to do. I don’t see any posts displayed on your front page. Could you tell me specifically what wording you don’t want to see on your front page?

If i publish a new post, it will appear above it.
What I want to do is to keep publishing new posts put don’t let them appear on the front page. I want them only at promoreport.com/blog

I’d suggest you turn “O que é um Promo Report?” into a page instead of a post, and select it as your first Featured Page in the Customizer.
Sequential is designed to display two Featured Pages in the grey and white strips below the large purple “hero” section.
It’s not designed to display posts there, only pages.
If you opted to select your Blog page as a Featured Page in the Customizer, the display will not be as the theme is designed.
