    Hi! I need to limitate the users who try to pass the quiz to one chance. Now, users can exit the page, and the quiz starts over. I need that if one user tries to do the quiz, and the user exit the page before the quiz ends, the user can not do the quiz again, and his score will be the acquired in the first try. Is this possible?

    Thank you for the topic.

    Unfortunately, there is one-time verification in the Free version.
    It occurs when the user clicks on the Finish/See Results button of the quiz.
    The user passes two-time verification in the Pro version: both at the start and at the end of the quiz.

    Hi!! So, if I buy the pro version, I can solve this problem? The users won’t be able to do the quiz for 2 times?

    And, sorry, another question: the 29$ version is lifetime? or you have to pay annually?

    Regarding your first question, yes, they can pass the quiz only once in that case. Moreover, due to the higher security implemented, they can not start the quiz in more than one tabs simultaneously.

    Hi! Thanks a lot. We’ll contact for the premim version. Anyway, I have one more problem with the plugin.
    We’ve been using it for one year, without problems. Users were limited to one chance if they finished the quiz. But now, I’ve updated the plugin, and now the quiz does not count the attempts. The answers are not registered on the backend. Do you know why it could be happening?

    Can you please make sure that you have not enabled the Disable data storing in database option?
    It disables data storing in the database, and results will not be displayed on the ‘Results’ page (not recommended).
