Limit visualization to user

I need to show submitted elementor forms on a front-end page those sumitted forms that where issued by the user, and all of them only to the administrator.

Users of our platform send info to their clients using a form, and they need to keep track of the’ve sent. Even more, it wouldf be absolutly perfect if one of those sent forms could be resent, previous to editing it.
