Limited # of Opt-In Forms

    There are two LIVE opt-in forms on my website.

    There is a third retired opt-in form. It is still appearing on the site for some people for some unknown reason.

    AFTER I create the opt-in forms and go to Infusionsoft to set up the campaigns, Infusionsoft only gives me the choice of ONE live opt-in form and the one retired form.

    Are there limits to how many opt-in forms can be created? How many can be live?
