This is FREE version of plugin. Access to statistics for any period is available in the PRO version of this plugin (SAM Pro will be published in the near future).

    Hi Minimus,

    Apologies that am responding late.
    Thanks for the reply.

    Hi!
    Sorry, no. In work…

    Hi,

I am having the same problem. I would like to see stats that are more than 2 months old in my dashboard.

When can I upgrade to the PRO version?

If we cannot upgrade to the pro version at this current moment is it possible to allow unlimited tracking of the stats and once the PRO version comes out you can limit the access to only those using PRO..

We lost all the data on our ads and we need to submit a report to our advertisers.

    Let me know.

    Thank you very much

    Cheers

Why you do not use the SAM built-in Mailer for sending data to advertisers?

    Hi Minimus,

In addition to earlier enquiry, we are also experiencing two additional problems:

1 – performance statistics within the advertiser email is showing zero for all columns Hits, Clicks, CPM, CPC and CTR (see here).
2 – constant random advertiser emails are being sent on tell.ng but not bsjournal.com, despite that both configured the same (see here)

For first problem, we observe that statistics under each advert shows that there are Hits and traffic on each ad on tell.ng (see here) and on bsjournal.com (see here), yet advertiser emails shows zero stats.

For second problem, tell.ng server [Wordpress Version: 4.2.2, SAM Version: 2.9.3.114, SAM DB Version: 2.9, PHP Version: 5.3.27, MySQL Version: 5.5.42-cll and Memory Limit: 256M] is slightly different from bsjournal.com server [Wordpress Version: 4.2.2, SAM Version: 2.9.3.114, SAM DB Version: 2.9, PHP Version: 5.2.17, MySQL Version: 5.1.73-cll, Memory Limit: 256M]. Second problem is being experienced only on tell.ng for now.

In an attempt to resolve problem 2, we have already reset “Statistical Data” and remove “statistical data”, in an attempt to reset SAM data backend. After resetting and removing statistical data, it was then observed that zero is being shown for all columns Hits, Clicks, CPM, CPC and CTR

Kindly let us know what is the cause of both problems and how to resolve it.

    Regards

    Lana
