As a superadmin am only able to see a few of my sites…..why can I not see all sites that have been created to link to them…all sites are just copies of a standard templated site being used as the default….

I have tried many diff options…I am only getting 9 sub blogs to be able to broadcast to……..What am I doing wrong…must be missing something

How does the super admin broadcast to all sub sites?
does the SA need to be a user(admin/editor) on all sub sites?

I am asking this because I am only seeing 9-10 of my sub sites in the broadcast page…out of my 76 sub sites
