You cant manage room availability so its unusable…..(unless it is a bug)!!!
Also it doesnt include any woo payment plugin as described

Dear @wercom,

Recently, Woocommerce version 3.x was released. It leads to some problems with WP Hotel Booking Woocommerce add-on. So, we temporarily disable the add-on to find solution of conflict with Woocommerce 3.x.

The problem was resolved. We updated the add-on in WP Hotel Booking plugin.
