limiting access to certain posts without setting a password

I would like to have it so that most of my posts are viewable to the general public but I would like the occasional post to be viewable only by registered users. I would prefer not to set a general password for each post. All I would like is for them to register to view that particular post. Is there a way to do this? Either a (preferably easy to use) plugin or some other way?
