Just like here in the support area, we need to be able to limit the number of characters in the title.

Hi, if you are using Custom Fields add-on you can add text length validator from there.

If not then you can use adverts_form_load filter to add the string_length validator to form scheme. How to use the adverts_form_load filter you can find here https://github.com/simpliko/wpadverts-snippets/blob/master/customize-adverts-add/customize-adverts-add.php
