Line break “service builder”

On the front page I have the section service builder with 4 “teaser” like I call it.

This looks very well. The teaser get smaller if the windows size get smaler and, at one point it switches from 4 teaser in one row to one colume with 4 rows.

My issue is the size beetween. The with of the teaser is to small bevor it switches to the mobile view with on column.
I want a min-with of let’s say 200px per teaser (max with is at arround 260px). WWhen the windows size is to small for 4x 200px (plus margin) it should switch to 2 columns and 2 rows.

The other thing is that all teaser shoudl have the same high (doesn’t matter how long the text is) and this at each window size.

Hope this is not to tricky. Alante Pro is responsive, but like it is now it gets a bad note fpor responsive. Hope someone can help me here.
