    Hi,

    As far as we understand, you are talking about the text in the email itself that you receive. If we understand you correctly, it’s likely that your email doesn’t support html-tags, that are used when building a letter, and that’s why you see it as a continuous text without separating. Please try to use another email instead of the admin’s one (‘Use this email:’ block) – for example, gmail.
