It’s not the shortcode (this plugin does not produce line breaks outside of cell content), it’s probably just the WordPress editor.
Do you know how I can stop it affecting this plugin’s shortcodes?
I’ve just checked the code being returned, and even though I’m only showing the content from one cell in plain text, it’s still being inserted in a <table> tag which is why I can’t have it within a sentence. How can I stop this?

Thanks… but now I have the issue that the text is slightly raised compared to the rest of it in the sentence. http://www.howtolivegreen.net/test-post/
Any advice here? Look at the test 0 line. 0 is from the shortcode.
I’m really stuck here.
Can you post a link to the page that I can access without having a login?

Can you two please take this discussion elsewhere? This is not a plugin support issue, it’s a generic CSS question. There are forums elsewhere on ww.wp.xz.cn for general theme help. Please use those. This forum is specifically for plugin support requests; I get emailed about every posting here and this is spamming my inbox. Thanks.
You’re right, of course. Sorry.
@meitar I’m actually trying to find out how to strip the table tags from the output from the shortcodes. It would be much easier to just have it pull the cell contents in plain text without the extra stuff around it.
