Line-Height Not working

Okay under my CSS sheet I try using the line height style but it doesn’t work! I have no clue what I’m doing wrong. It looks the same pretty much from when I don’t have it to when I do have it. In fact, so similar I took it out. There was no point in keeping it. But how do I fix this?
