Line height of select elements

select elements are either the incorrect height or have incorrect line height (not sure which), causing their label not to be centered vertically. Screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/EkNbSDB.png

Seen in Chrome 27 and Firefox 21 on Win7. Doesn’t affect Chrome 27 on OS X.
