The issue is likely that ThemeHigh’s custom checkout fees are added at a different point in the checkout flow than when the plugin captures fee data. The plugin captures fees during cart calculation or from the WooCommerce order – via $order->get_fees() after order creation.
If ThemeHigh adds fees after these capture points (e.g., during order creation but not in the cart), the fees won’t be included in the PayPal order request.
To understand your setup, we would like to request for the system status report.
Please follow these steps to share your system status report with us:
- Navigate to the
WooCommerce / Status section in your site’s admin panel.
- Click on the
Get system report button and then click Copy for support.
- Paste the report into our PrivateBin.
