Hi! Thank you for writing. Upon initial test, the link functionality worked for me– In other words, I added a link to the Logo Showcase in question, and then when I click on the logo from the showcase from the front-end blog page, it brings me to that url.
In the WP Admin, Under Logo Showcase menu, when Adding/editing the Logo Showcase in question, can you confirm that a valid url’s been populated in the “Add Link for Logo” field?
Like in this screenshot:

Note: I was using as close a shortcode as I could for a quick initial test. I used:
[logoshowcase center_mode="true" link_target="_blank" slides_column="5"]
Hello,
The screenshot is right. Kindly use like this:
link_target: [logoshowcase link_target=”blank”] (Open link on the same Tab OR other Tab. Values are “blank” and “self”)
link_target=”blank” instead of “_blank”
Hi there, I’m having the same issue where the link goes to the /logoshowcase/ permalink showing up instead of what I put in the “Add Link for Logo” page. Any advice would be appreciated–or if I could there is a short code to tell it not to show a link at all that would work too.
thanks,
Steve
