Hello @lanikita ,
Thank you for reporting the issue, our team is already working to fix the problem. We have applied a temporary, working solution to your popup, you can check it.
Kind regards
Hi-
Thanks for trying. It seems my image got distorted when they worked on it and can’t figure out how to resize everything back to normal with the layers they put on top.
If you can let me know when they have fixed the link so I can click on it completely so I can recreate my ad and make it work that would be great.
Thanks.
Hi can you help me fix my pop in so it works?
I need to be able to click on an image an go to a new web page.
I have no idea how to do this. It should be very simple, but can’t seem to figure it out.
thanks.

Hi @lanikita
I think it should be resolved, I resized the image to be not “squeezed”.
And adjusted click places.
Let me know if that’s what you wanted to achieve 🙂
Thank you!
It works, but how do I create this type of pop up to work?
What are the steps?
This was only a sample to show you and need to be able to create a similar pop up from scratch?
I need to be able to click on an image an go to a new web page.
I have no idea what the steps are to be able to make my image clickable to a new site. Please explain.
Thanks.

Hi @lanikita
There is bug with on-click image URL action, we’re not able to fix it due to possible conflict in currently created pop-ups.
Instead there is work-around that allows you to get the same effect, once you finish your pop-up:
1. Simply add text object
2. Remove background of that object, set opacity to 0%
3. Type dots for the entire height of the pop-up where you want to have clickable area
4. You can also play around with the color, font-size and line-height of the text. Basing on your example, Mika set colors of these dots to match background, so it’s not easily visible to human eye. (on your pop-up there are four “dotted” areas)
5. Once you resize and style dots, you can check if they’re everywhere by using Ctrl+A or Cmd+A shortcut, it will highlight all dots (you have to be in edit mode).
6. When you confirm that dots fills entire pop-up area where you wanted it, you can then set the URL as usual.
Let me know if such explanation is detailed enough 🙂
Thank you!
