link in campaign

Hi Brian,

is it possible to send in a campaign an unmodified link?

My issue:
1. I edited a campaign with a link with a anchor "https://www.oekologische-plattform.de/datenschutzerklaerung/#newsletter" but the mail contains "https://www.oekologische-plattform.de/noptin_newsletter/email_click?sid=9&to=https://www.oekologische-plattform.de/datenschutzerklaerung/?noptin_hide=true#newsletter#038;cid=232235". Consequently the link doesn’t lead to the anchor but to the to the page root.
2. In some cases I don’t want to set the cookie “noptin_hide” and track whether the mail was opened. This would require a additional explanation in the privacy policy.
