Link in category not work

Hi!
i’ve setup, regenerate permalink, but category link remain without permalink and no work (error 404 – page not found).
test in your site seems to work (but no work page2)!

also, during setup, if folder not exist plugin not make it – then, when i upload after config i’ve no error and upload result as 404. I need to make dir via ftp and reupload (sorry but… if not exist directory make it, i think, ca be a best way).

another question, sorry, what is the “to” setting in upload/edit screen? is permanently empty and seems to be unuseful 😛

finalyy, exist an option: “Download RSS Options”, but where i can found download rss? i’ve search in source, and seems to not exist :/

anyway, thanks for this plugin – some little problem, but really appreciated.
