link in email has incorrect path

All updates are current. The link in the “successful upload” email message is bringing up a blank page. The document manager gets me the correct link of “http://taylorelectric.org/winzip-uploads6/front_dime.jpg” but the link in the email goes to “http://taylorelectric.org/wp-content/plugins/sp-client-document-manager/download.php?fid=fHw=”

Any suggestions on what might be my problem. I have added a direct path to get to this point. Previously, I could not access an uploaded file from any source without getting a blank browser page.

I have also enabled the Javascript redirect in advanced options as others have suggested.
