Link injection using this plugin

Hi,

I found a huge chunk of link injection on all of my sites. I think I only had this plugin on one of my sites but now this spam is on all of the homepages I have checked. (4 so far).

I managed to use a code snippet (using a different WP plugin) to get the gigantic list of spam links down to a few lines:

Please me remove to remove the remaining spam links & code. Thank you.
