    hai, regarding from the rating I gave, I provide to you what actually happen on my website when using Mail Mint

    Please help and lead me up. Did I missed something?

    Hi @muhazastudio , thank you for giving us this opportunity.

    We are attempting to recreate these and will find out what could have gone wrong.

    Meanwhile, could you let us know if you have any other email editor or tool that allows to customize emails, installed in your site?

    Yes. Ive installed mailpoet, should I disable the plugin and retest Mail Mint. Let me try, and get back to you.

    After disable another email marketing plugin. And resend the email. Visual and Classic.

    HELLO MAIL MINT,

    I complete the debug and found out, it related my SMTP plugin. So I try use other SMTP plugin. I use WP Mail SMTP . And successful to make the plugin visual as what we see on visual.

    Now I will re-review your plugin. TQ

    Hi @muhazastudio , thank you so much for letting us know.

    We have been trying to recreate this with many scenarios.

    It’s great to know that the plugin is working fine now.

    Please let us know if we can help in any way moving forward.

    Meanwhile, we will test exclusively with WP Mail SMTP to see if we can find out what is causing this and maybe communicate with them to avoid this in the future.

    And yes, we will very much appreciate it if you can update the review to 5-star. It will help us maintain our reputation as a plugin.

    you are welcome, by the way. The plugin that’s is not suitable for Mail Mint is not WP Mail SMTP but

    @cssultan template visual html is solved..
    unfortunately, subscibe link is not active. This make the button not functioning.
    As you can see below, only unsubscribe and preference link is ok.

    Please suggest, because I already remove all plugin to manage email. Only Mail Mint remain.
