link masking

I have a question! At the moment I can create links as follows below:
http://mydomain.com/goto/http://externaldomain.com
or with masking
http://mydomain.com/goto/**numericcode**

Is it possible to mix the two somehow? …and have links like:
http://mydomain.com/goto/**numericcode**/http://externaldomain.com
