Link shortner changes domain extension

As said, link shortner is not working properly.

Try this:
1) choose an article of our webiste: http://www.lanostratv.it/2017/11/barbara-durso-non-sara-sfidata-da-francesca-fialdini-la-domenica/
2) view the source and find the shortlink: <link rel=’shortlink’ href=’http://wp.me/p59YfV-1HEl&#8217; />
3) click the shortlink: you’ll be redirect to http://www.lanostratv.vm/?p=406121

As you can see, the domain extension is changed.

How to solve this?
