I apologize for the late reply.
I have observed in the abandoned cart reminder email which I received for my test abandoned cart that you have added the “http://” with the merge tag {{cart.link}} in the “Text” mode of Email Template.

You do not need to include the http or https for the cart link or checkout link.
We are creating the cart page or checkout page link with the http:// or https:// and include that link into the abandoned cart reminder emails. So this might be the issue in your case that cart link is not working.
You need to insert only “{{cart.link}}” merge tag in the text mode of Email Body like as below. This will redirect to the cart page in the abandoned cart reminder email.
