link to google calender?

    I cant see any setting that enables a link to the google calendar. The reason I want such a link is that the calendar is public and clicking the link would open the calendar in a new tab and if the user is logged in to his/her google account, the user would get the option to add the calendar to their own google calendar.

    The link is like this: Link to public google calendar

    This particular link gives you the option to add 4 calendars to your own calendar.

    The link is pretty straight forward to make as it is the calendars id that is used.

    Am I missing the checkbox that shows this link or is it not an option in this plugin?

    You can see this in the event template. It should be in there by default. But here is a link to get you started: http://docs.simplecalendar.io/event-template-tags/

    I believe you are looking for the [link]Text here[/link] option.

    As I understand the default link in the event opens a new window and show the event in the google calendar. I can add this one event to my calendar, but not the whole calendar.

    That is not quite what I am looking for.

    What I would like is a link not in the event overlay but on the page with the calendar. Clicking the link should open a new window and if I am logged into my google account it will ask if I want to add this calender to my own google calendar.

    Oh I see sorry I misunderstood. That is not currently possible in the plugin.
