Link to Profile?

i use recontre as plugin for my site.
but i have also a forum, extrachat….running on my site.

exmaple: i user opens a new thread in the forum. now i want to change the user-author profile link to the recontre userprofilelink.
in my forum its possible to edit the authorlinks but i dont know how i can forward to the recontre userprofile.
maybe like this (https://myurl.com/members/?renc=card&id={username} or {userid}…)

did anyone know the link to the userprofile

is that possible?
